L O A M is a boutique practice involved in all aspects of Landscape Architecture design and consultancy. Lead by NZILA Registered Landscape Architect Tim Lander, we are passionate for innovative solutions while striving for environmental sustainability in all projects.

Experience spans over 30 years in the professional landscape realm, including completion of all facets of landscape design and implementation. We also have proven expertise in strategic planning and resource management.

Expertise also includes analysis of landscape characteristics and development effects, along with provision of Landscape Evidence to Hearings and the Environment Court.

Whether it be with national agencies, local authorities or private commissions, our approach is underpinned by a clear brief from the project outset, leading to effective and clever designs with successful resolutions.

Successful project delivery is always our goal, what ever dynamics may be of influence. Our practice and passion is to provide creativity and outstanding results, enhancing the landscape for all people to enjoy.
